2. Data Usage
The App is designed to:
- Parse invoice data from PDFs.
- Send parsed data to QuickBooks Online for accounting and billing purposes.
The data processed by the App is restricted to what is necessary to achieve the goal of invoice parsing and integration with QuickBooks Online. No user-related personal or financial data is collected, stored, or used outside this scope.
3. Data Storage
The App does not store any data locally or on Reel AP LLC's servers. All data parsed from invoices is transmitted directly to QuickBooks Online and stored within your QuickBooks Online account, subject to their privacy and security measures.
4. Third-Party Services
The App interacts with the following third-party services:
- Intuit QuickBooks Online: The App integrates with QuickBooks Online to allow for the creation of invoices, bills, and related accounting tasks.
- Dropbox: The App can access PDF files stored in Dropbox for parsing purposes. No user or financial data is stored within Dropbox beyond the PDF files themselves.

As the App does not collect or store any user data, Reel AP LLC does not offer the ability to request access, modification, or deletion of data within the App. All data is handled by QuickBooks Online, and any such requests should be directed to QuickBooks in accordance with their policies.
7. Security Measures
Reel AP LLC takes reasonable measures to ensure that the App interacts with third-party services securely. This includes:
- Encryption: All communication between the App and third-party services such as QuickBooks Online and Dropbox is encrypted using industry-standard encryption protocols (e.g., HTTPS).
- Access Controls: Access to the App and the integrated services is limited to authorized users, who are clients of Reel AP LLC.
However, as the App does not store any data itself, security for the long-term storage of any data is managed by QuickBooks Online and Dropbox.
8. Client or End-User
This Privacy Policy applies solely to clients of Reel AP LLC who are the end-users of the App. The App is not intended for use by the general public or any parties other than Reel AP LLC's clients.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or store any data from children under 13.

Reel AP LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the functionality of the App or changes in applicable laws. Any updates will be posted on our website, and the "Effective Date" at the top of the policy will be revised accordingly.
